　双敏电子科技有限公司前身为香港雅丽电子科技有限公司，成立于1993年，1996年正式更名为双敏电子科技有限公司。公司主要经营业务是针对PC系统相关设备进行开发、设计，并委托知名生产厂家制作，再以自有品牌行销中国大陆。其先后推出了双敏系列主板、速配系列和火旋风系列显卡、“优刻王”系列光存储产品等，还涉足数码界，推出MP3和UNIKA闪存系列产品等。公司在北京、广州、南京等多地设立分公司，建立了覆盖全国的销售服务渠道。2006年8月1日起，双敏电子正式实施三年质保服务。
